We want to hear from you

Before an outline planning application is submitted to East Hampshire District Council in 2026, we want to hear what you have to say about our vision and outline proposals for Lymington Bottom Road and talk you through our emerging masterplan for the site.

We will be holding two public consultation events on Tuesday 13th January 2026 and Wednesday 14th January 2026, where you will be able to meet the team, find out more details about the emerging vision and the proposals for the site, as well as give us your feedback and ideas.

Tuesday 13th January, 2pm to 6pm

Wednesday 14th January, 2pm to 7:30pm

Medstead Village Hall, Roe Downs Road, Medstead, Hampshire, GU34 5LG
